Pre Exhaust

Read lots about it , have never tried it. Today is chest day so I was thinking of giving it a whirl, in a nut shell is it just doing isolation first and your compounds second?

yeah work it to exhaustion with an iso, then superset with a compound.
So DB fly with DB press, or leg extensions then squats.

Sounds good, does it have to be superseted, or is that just personal choice.

Can I just do one full exercise of iso then move into some compounds?

Yes you can do that. Keep in mind that you will likely be limiting your abililty to fully overload the target muscle due to the pre-fatigue if you did it right and thus will probably not be able to handle the same weight / reps so adjust accordingly.

As long as the active agent is "unknown" some dork is still gonna be poppin' chicken beaks so he can freakin' squat!

Crank up those catecholamines, that's not chicken I smell being cooked.
