Used Purple Wraath for the first time tonight!!!
Greatest supplement I have ever used!!! I had an outstanding work out, lots of energy. Nothing but good things to say about Controlled Labs.

good product for sure, I just hate the long after taste that last for hours after consuming it. Well that's what I find for my self anyways.

its seems like a pointless waste of money.. couldnt you just sip on a protein shake durring a workout if you really feel that strong of an amino acid craving?
taste great though. and i have a feeling there is hidden adictive chemicals cus it makes me want more
op- this is not a pre workout supplement .. try white flood

I tried the whole CL stack(White flood, green mag, purple wraath), and saw no effects whatsoever. I was very unhappy with it.

i love the taste of all three.. green mag is a great tasting creatine drink.. but its just a creatine drink flavord green.. nothing to get excited about.
white flood is awesom tasting in the tablet form they give as free samples.. and def gives a great pump!!
purple wrath is a super great tasting drink as well flavord purple.. but does nothing but provide amino acids.. woohoo

Absolutely you can and some people do. You wouldn't get the beta alanine, though, unless you added it...most people tend not to want shakes during particularly intense workouts because shakes can be too heavy, do not digest quickly enough and depending on the workout, might wind up being paid for gym dues...

Actually, this is a very effective pre-workout supplement for Cardio. In fact, I think this is overall, by far, the best usage of it.

What effects were you supposing it would have, exactly and for how long did you "try" it?

I was expecting some kinda typical NO-effects from WF, and some kind of noticable gains from using all 3. I used a full sized tub of all 3.

So you basically plateaued through an entire tub of PW? Interesting...
I can't comment specifically to either White Flood or Green Mag (other than GM tastes good), since I don't use either regularly, but Purple Wraath has consistently been an exceptional performance agent in the area of Cardio...I found it useful for Lifting as well, at one time, until IntrAbolic came along...PW is still good for Lifting, but IA is great, to put it in perspective...

This is the first time you've used it and you're wanting to do a review, which consists mainly of a favorable first impression?
Purple Wraath during a workout is definitely preferable to working out with just straight water, no question...

Why wouldn't I? I have tried xtend with nothing, Some other things that had zero affect on me. Aside from being pissed off for that fact, Wasting money on supps also factors. That's why i was very excited to at least put in a good word.

Ok, so why not just add to an existing (and preferably more comprehensive) thread on this product rather than just a couple quick sentences of cheerleading? Also, if you wanted to rah-rah the CL crew and PW, why not go to the Company Promotion area and contribute to their thread(s) there?
I'm not criticizing, just genuinely curious as to your motivation...

I really don't see the big deal behind this, I just came home from the gym last night really pumped up and felt like venting a bit is all. No harm done. I haven't seen any other thread on this product, My mistake then i thought this was the area i was supposed to do that. Not trying to piss anyone off, nor am I trying to kiss ass.
EDIT: If you have used ANY supplements in your life, please post your experience with them here!. That is why i posted.

I actually used half a scoop. It recomends that if you are a first time user.
