    To be honest I don't understand why a **** ton of sugar would be bad, especially if your at a calorie deficit and your body "needs" fuel, sugar is going to get converted to glucose and broken down alot faster and taken up alot quicker then say something like oats.     I think there was a definitely a language barrier that could have made his answers not be 100% correct.

    If you watch the other videos he says he only competed in one bodybuilding competition ever and why he hadn't before is just because he "loves" working out. To me that wouldn't make sense for him to lie on purpose about stuff. He also talks about how people call him an ******* and a liar when he explains to them his diet or training. I don't blame him for not wanting to share 100% if that is the case.

    Anyways this guy is beastly and I def wanna see more vids of him.

    Yeah he is, He's lying. Your body has to have protein in order to build muscle, And saying he only eats 1 meal is BS. You cannot maintain that much mass on 2500 calories of Coca Cola and 1 meal a day.

    I think lee priest said he curled 300 lbs for 1 or 2 ... On MD And that guy has probably the strongest arms in bodybuilding. Thats all he does is work his arms
