My buddy went from skullcrushing 80 - 140 and doing 80 lb pulldowns to 120 lb pulldowns, for example. Now he feels immense pain in the elbows after working out. This happened in the time span of 1.5 months, the elbow pain and increase in strength that is. What to do?
