    Question Is monster milk good for bulking?

    this is a post for my brother whos 16 5;7 140 he wants to pack on 20lbs of muscle; he eats anything he wants and just cant can any weight hes tried quickmass and everything would monster milk help even tho i no its less calories then quick mass but if he works out itll better help with muscle building?? or any reccomendations of a good gainer?

    Best bet would be to make your own weight gainer. If you can afford monster milk I would go for it, but it is extremely overpriced
    try this instead:
    Milk
    Penut butter
    Scoop of protien (ON, Scivation, Myofusion.. ext..)
    banana
    ground oatmeal (put oatmeal in a coffee blender)

    There is also a post which has recepies almost identical to top brand weight gainers.

    This. Why would anyone pay over $3.50 per serving for Monster Milk absolutely insane IMO. Homemade is the only way to go.

    Turkey sandwich, whole wheat bread. MMmm... Ridiculous amounts of MSG in Muscle/Monster milk products. google "alternative names for MSG" and then look at the monster milk label. It's amazing what they can disguise in there.

    its extremely overpriced and marketed for noobs who buy muscle milk thinking itll give them perfect bodies. if you dont care about money and understand macronutrients, then it could work if you use it right
