Study Snacks?
I am taking a summer course. I like to have something to munch on during my studying. What would be something that would be good to have while studying? I would like to have something that fits in my diet (40/40/20, 3400cals/day).
Is there a low fat popcorn I could get?
What about nuts? I dont want to eat too many; I love eating too many peanuts or almonds
Rice Cakes?
Fruit?

my study snacks are always fruit or veggies... I notice the best students are usually overweight because of poor study snack choices..

Butter-free popcorn is great. Nuts are good but the calories add up quick. Fruits and veggies are always good. My personal favorite snack is beef jerkey. It's easy to pack and take with you, no mess, full of protein, and freakin delicious.

I wouldn't do nuts since you'll likely go overboard unless you have weighed or counted out the amount beforehand.
Act II and Orville Redenbacher make great Light Butter and 94% Fat Free Butter popcorn.

PRO-tuna, cottage cheese, whey protein
Fats-almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts, almond butter
Carbs-veggies, fruit, ezekiel bread, oats (throw into a shake)
With the amount of calories you're taking in you have a lot of room to fit in whatever you want really.
Oh yeah...Beef Jerky.
