at the moment i eat a tin of tuna and a bowl of museli with skimmed milk (full bowl), do you think this is enough and it there are or suggestions for breakfast?

You dont have to eat 5-7 meals if it is inconvenient for you, 3 is plenty just make them bigger if you do so.
The calorie dispersion doesn't matter in the long run given you get enough in before your workout for better recovery.
500 above is a rough guideline, if you find it is causing too much fat gain a smaller surplus will work as well.
"clean" eating is an arbitrary term with which you dont need to concern yourself with, especially at 15. Eat lots of wholesome foods along with whatever else you like and you'll be fine

Edit: But seriously, you need to look at the big picture. Lift hard, find a good routine, find your caloric maintenance and eat in a slight calorie surplus. Get a good range of foods and a decent amount of protein, carbs and essential fats.Last edited by keels141; 07-18-2009 at 02:09 AM.
