Bench 220lb once
squat 305lb once
hexbar deadlift. 325lb. (last time I did them was a few months ago so im probably up more.)
Power Clean 165lb
been lifting for one year.

bench: 4x135x8
deadlift: 225ish for reps?
spent the whole month of june in the philippines. 1k calories a day on average. lost 15 lbs.MSC

My last flat bench was 270x5 but it was in the winter. Haven't really done flat since. I'd imagine it's higher now.

I was the strongest i had ever been in my life. Yea i was mad but had to accept the fact that i'd lose alot of strength. I definitely appreciate food way more than i did before i left though. It's all good though because i've been up that mountain of strength and i know how to get back up there again. After that, it's time to find another mountain to conquer.

you can see the huge difference in my bench...but I don't bench. Hurts my shoulders even with my shoulder blades tucked. I don't go heavy tbh.

Squat now finally getting back into legs after the injury.

Beginning of this month.
Bench - 143lb ()
Squat - 190lb (When I did it, it didnt use all my strength, I didn't try going higher, doubt I could of gone much higher though.)
Deadlift - 300lb
Not been doing DL or Squat for long
Getting on Rippetoes atlast, hoping to see some strength improvements
