Eds133 adventure to the stage For the first time *team scivation*
Hey guys I will be keeping my first log for a competition I hope to be competing in next summer sometime. The plan of attack is to cut for a few weeks to lower mu bodyfat then do a slow clean bulk then cut for my first ever show. Here's a little about me
Age. 19
height. 5'9
weight: 190-193 ( will get an accurate reading tomoro morning)
years training. 3 years with a bit of distractions this past year putting a hold on any progress.
My diet is a variation of the cut diet that Marc lobliner uses. I will have one carb meal a week and that will take place on my leg hypertrophy day.
Training split (based of laynes split):
Monday: upper power
Tuesday: lower power
Wednesday: LI cardio
Thursday: chest arms hypertrophy
Friday: legs hypertrophy
Saturday: back/shoulders hypertrophy
cardio: HIIT will be on Sunday, and Thursday (maybe Saturday if my legs are not to shot). On all other days I will be doing a minimum of 30 min LI cardio either in the morning or immediatly after weight training.
I will post later today following my workout and post pictures when I am back in town
