Hi guys. I'm going through the finals week for college. I've been stressed out for the past 2 weeks and I haven't gone to the gym in 3 days. Also my nutrition has been nothing but fast food and carbs. Do you guys think that I might've lost my muscle gains? I feel like crap and I feel so soft. I'm really excited to go back today, but just wondering if I've done a lot of damage to myself this past week.

Cut yourself some slack. Getting through finals and doing well should be your priority. Thats what is awesome about the gym and weights, they will always be there, and will always weigh the same. Bang out your finals and kick life in the a$$.
