Just read this cool book<--Sports Psychology

Just finished reading Finding Your Zone by Michael Lardon. I've become really interested in sports psychology and the barriers you can break down by using your mind. Has anyone read this book/ interested in the subject/ read other good books?

    JD, you a golfer??

I'm interested in the same stuff and love reading books by Dr. Bob Rotella. Renowned sports psychologist who has an impressive resume. His books (most focus on golf) include: Play to Play Great, Putting Out of Your Mind, Golf is Not a Game of Perfect, Life is Not a Game of Perfect, etc.

I'd suggest Doc Rotellas books to anybody, and I'm sure Landon's book has most of the same ideas as Rotella's.
