Sorry if this has been posted before, but you can't search for "abs".
I was wondering if it was possible to Bulk while cutting the abs. I researched it (on the net) and found a website that said to eat mainly the same food I do when I bulk (whey, eggs whites, veggys, chicken, brown rice, etc.)
The only difference is that they suggested a 30-45 minute cardio a day (which for bulking I read that your should keep to a minimum of 1-2 days a week sessions).
My question, would I be able to get a 6 pack while still bulking if I uped my cardio to 3 times a week, and still ate the same "bulking" foods?
Cutting while Bulking = Culking?
Thanks.

not really...
muscle gain = excess calories = anabolism
fat loss = hypocaloric diet = catabolism (or at least reduced anabolism)
it is possible for MINIMAL muscle gain with a significant amount of fat loss....
it is possible for MINIMAL fat gain with a good amount of muscle gain...
but no... not both... cardio can help burn some fat off... but the process of trying to do both WILL be EXTREMELY SLOW... no worth your effort in the gym...

To bulk up you're going to have to sacrifice that abdominal definition sorry bro. However you can minimise the fat you put on by monitoring and adjusting your diet accordingly.
If you're putting on too much fat, perhaps cut out some of those afternoon carbs or fat intake. Maybe even lower your overall caloric intake- it depends on many factors.
If you have the time and devotion, keep a diet journal accounting for you Calories/Protein/Carbohydrates/Fats, and monitor your change in body composition. Just manipulate your diet according to how your body changes.
