    Question is working out 5 times a week too much?!

    hi guys,

    I'm working out 5 times a week and my goal is to put on some serious mass. Is it ok to work out 5 times a week? What do you think?

    mon-back(abs)
    tue-chest
    wed-legs(abs)
    thur-arms
    fri-shoulder(abs)
    sat-rest
    sun-rest

    sometimes i toss in an extra repeat day saturday if i feel up to it. 5 days seems perfect the wo days off is enough for recomp. if you feel its too much then dont do it, listen to your body

    You can work out 5 times a week no problem.

    Would really need to know your routine though to determine if it could possibly be affective.

    in diet is it correct to work 5 times a weak .. try 3+rest,2+rest .. but if u bulking, i will rather train 3-4 weeks only, heavy weights

    Depending on your routine you can work 5 days or more each week. But if you are a beginner a 3 day fullbody routine would give you better results.
