hi guys,
I'm working out 5 times a week and my goal is to put on some serious mass. Is it ok to work out 5 times a week? What do you think?

mon-back(abs)
tue-chest
wed-legs(abs)
thur-arms
fri-shoulder(abs)
sat-rest
sun-rest
sometimes i toss in an extra repeat day saturday if i feel up to it. 5 days seems perfect the wo days off is enough for recomp. if you feel its too much then dont do it, listen to your bodyOriginally Posted by Tiffany Wantsmore

in diet is it correct to work 5 times a weak .. try 3+rest,2+rest .. but if u bulking, i will rather train 3-4 weeks only, heavy weights
