Ketchup
1 can tomatoe paste
dash of garlic powder
dash of seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon onion poder
6 teaspoons splenda
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
dash of allspice
1/4 cup vinegar
Glaze
1/4 cup homemade ketchup
1 tbsp worchestire sauce
2 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp brown mustard
mix everything but glaze. i used a glass caserole dish and pressed the meat into it. Mix the glaze ingredients and spread over the meatloaf.
bake at 425 for 18 minutes.
then bake at 325 for 40-45 mins
let cool down
