when im standing it looks like my core pops out in the shape of abs, but you cant see my abs idk if theres fat cuz when i pull the fat away it doesnt show them either but if i LIGHTLy and i mean real lightly flex they pop out. why is this? i do ab workouts all the time for the past 4 months. no results.
My abs show when i flex, and so do my pecs, but when i dont i look fat and have man boobs. i need a nice cutting diet. , i really need help, i can only find morning meals for cutting.
8:30 A.M Wakeup- Home Made Fruit Smoothie.
10:30 A.M One serving oatmeal- 160 calories.
12:30 A.M lunch. usually have a wrap, but i dont have tuna or salmon cuz im 14 and my parents wnt go out and buy it. i have whey protein, and fruits turkey ham cheeses chicken breast etc. HELP! make me a meal plan or gimme urs for CUTTING!
i need a CUTTING Diet to follow for football we do sprints, squats bench, DB bench, incline DB, should press, hammer jammer (cleans) etc. not deadlift tho, freshman cant do that yet.
