My abs show when i flex, and so do my pecs, but when i dont i look fat and have boobs
when im standing it looks like my core pops out in the shape of abs, but you cant see my abs idk if theres fat cuz when i pull the fat away it doesnt show them either but if i LIGHTLy and i mean real lightly flex they pop out. why is this? i do ab workouts all the time for the past 4 months. no results.

8:30 A.M Wakeup- Home Made Fruit Smoothie.
10:30 A.M One serving oatmeal- 160 calories.
12:30 A.M lunch. usually have a wrap, but i dont have tuna or salmon cuz im 14 and my parents wnt go out and buy it. i have whey protein, and fruits turkey ham cheeses chicken breast etc. HELP! make me a meal plan or gimme urs for CUTTING!
i need a CUTTING Diet to follow for football we do sprints, squats bench, DB bench, incline DB, should press, hammer jammer (cleans) etc. not deadlift tho, freshman cant do that yet.

look in the nutrition section.
read. learn. then build your own diet.
find your maintenance calories. subtract five hundred. build 6 - 8 meals that will give you those cals.
oh and lots of protein.

you pretty much described exactly how my body looks
i have amazing definition in the right lighting but as soon as im in a different lighting i look white and undefined
my abs also show really well when i flex and i have the same "man boob" problem
the slight bit of fat on my chest sticks out at the bottom and makes my chest look terrible even though theres a decent amount of muscle
dont worry i have the same problem, you just gotta cut the fat off

You don't get visible abs by doing a bunch of ab workouts, you have to lose the weight so that they are visible. You think skinny emo kids that have visible 6 packs do ab workouts a lot, no they just don't eat a lot and cut themselves.

eat fruit whole
always eat any type of carbs with a good protein or your just wasting your time "cutting"
drinking calories is terrible if ur cutting unless its a shake pre or post WO

yeah, a lot of people do well with low carb diets if they want to strip away fat, if you're doing that you have to make sure you're eating plenty of protein and fat so you don't loose muscle

OP ill put it really simple for you
eat protein in every meal no matter what
if its a lean protein you can eat it with complex carbs like oats, sweet potatoes, fibrous vegetables
if its a fattier protein, keep the carbs less
try to cut out carbs after about 1 pm (ie: only eat carbs in the morning and pwo)
if youre going to choose low carb then be sure to include healthy fats like natty pb or just eat fattier meat like beef and pork (dont ask if its ok to eat it on a cut because yes it is)
as for fruit, limit it to one serving a day either with breakfast or your pwo meal
lift heavy, do hiit 3x per week or low intensity cardio pwo, sleep, eat cleanly like stated above and you should lose fat

Are you kidding? The kid's only 14.
He shouldn't be cutting out carbs after 1 p.m. That's pointless broscience. And he shouldn't cut out carbs period at his age. He should be eating the recommended two-three servings of fruit a day. Micros are more important than "teh sugar which causes teh insulin!!!" at his age.

im willing to do anything at this rate to make people not call me fat. it made me suicidal one point 2 yrs ago, im fine now, just dont like takin off the shirt lol. i might ask my dad to take me to the store and buy my own food with money from work.

at your size and going in to football... the LAST thing you need to do is cut.
Clean bulk, put on more mass.

despite my size i have been a star LINEMAN and runningback these past few years. so don't under estimate me, i can hit. i once knew a seventy five pounds kid who cleaned a 200 pounds. no joek

You said your 14, so yes, in middle school kids arent that big.
Just eat above your daily calorie maintenance and eat a lot of clean foods.
Remember.. Diet > Workout > Supplements

Hows this sound?
Wake Up: Oatmeal and protein shake: 270 calories
Snack: 2 special k bars: 180 calories
Lunch : Turkey breast on one slice wheat: around 200-250 calories. so far like 700ish cals.
Snack: Turkey breast again on one slice wheat bread: around 250 again.
Post workout: Any Clean carb like fruit.
Dinner: Lean protein with a protein shake
around 1750 calories... best i can do its gunna like total up to 150 grams of protein tho and i weight 123 pounds.

You're on a bad road to an eating disorder. I can see it now.
You're 14. Eat until you're full. Eat your fruits and veggies. Eat some good protein sources. If you want to worry about calories and such, go ahead, but don't cute. Bulk bulk bulk.
