Yep! Loooonnnnnnng standing problem. I'm not aggressive enough turning the bar over, I think partly due to my horrible wrist flexibility, and partly because I just don't have a feel for how to do it without cutting the pull short.

Nice job! Looks like you're starting to put that strong front squatting strength to use.

I'm going on a limb here... but I can see a bit of arm pulling before you hit full stride. YOur pulling power is very strong, I think it just looked a bit awkward, a bit off because you curled the arms slightly before you fully extended.

Just a though. Otherwise, very strong pull.
Also the first time I've cleaned that much weight But clicking through the video I'd still say the arm bend is pretty minimal for a PR attempt.
Hit 120kg for the first time on Saturday so I'm not exactly trusting my technique yet on those kinda weights....but I'll get there!
Here's the top of the pull on the 121:
And the pull on 120 from Saturday:
Not perfect, but I'm pretty happy with the pulls considering I've been scared of those weights for years!

Best "heavy" clean you've ever done, and it looked easy. Well done! Whatever program you're on seems to be doing wonders for your clean. Hope it works for your jerk, too!

I figure I'll just push the cleans up to 150kg, then I'll be able to jerk 110
