1 1/2 to 1 before workout - 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 scoop whey
30 min after workout - 2 pieces whitebread toast
2 scoops whey
and also does anyone know how optimum fruit punch whey taste like? because i have been using chocolate and i wanna switch it up.
and one more thing is 1 scoop whey right when i wake up alright?

if i was you i would change th white bread to whole wheat or maybe go with a peace of fruit. the white bread will make your energy drop off faster durring your workout.
never tried the optimum fruit punch... or any of there flavors, i get stuff a little cheaper but it sounds good.
1 scoop of whey is good right when you wake up.
