Special K.. in my opinion... not that great.
Try balancing your meals better. Have some protein and good fats in every meal.
What are you macros like?

7 weeks out? You need to cut all your sugar---including the special K and all the fruit. You need protein at every meal too (meal 4) and chicken instead of shrimp (meal 3)--not good protein source. Are you eating brown rice? If not, switch. Another good carb would be sweet potatoes.

22% at 7 weeks out?
Very unlikely that you will be ready in time.

First off how are you testing your body fat? Hand held? If so those things are horrible, if your weight is decreasing thats a good sign your going in the right direction.

Second you look like your not eating enough. More gals I work with increase their calories and end up losing more weight. I'd tell you to be at 1500 calories, 6 to 8 meals, 150 protein (from any way you can), 60 - 100gm (cream of wheat or sweat patato) carbs cycling high and low days, 40-60 grams of fat (avacado, almonds, all natural peanut butter) cycling high and low opposite of your carbs.

Cardio 45 minutes (step mill, sprints) 130-150 bmp

Good Luck!!!!

Follow ms_protein's advice. Those don't sound like meals to me. I think those drinks that you assume are protein ore actually low protein, high in sugar and bad carbs. It sounds like you lost muscle, so don't be suprised when your scale shows you gained the weight back.

You bet. Don't make this harder than it is. We can over think dieting and it drives us crazy, stresses us out and our body weight loss will slow down with stress. Get your protein from however you like, you just need to research your food on www.nutritiondata.com and keep a journal. I write down everything from water intake to # of slenda packages. That way when things aren't working I can see why and when things are working well I have a record of what worked.

If you ever have questions email me at tameemarie@cox.net and I'll try to help.

YOU CAN DO THIS

I used to eat special K, doesn't work. Its low GI and you will be dead hungry in no time. The key to it is a small amount of low GI foods that keep you going for a long time. If oats don't do it for you there are a number of other things you can try depending on whats available. Some muesli could do the trick.

Your maintenance cals now are about 2235/day. If you are cutting you need to drop 700-800, so eat at about 1535-1635. 1235 would be your absolute lowest, but probably too low. You need to get some REAL protein - whey will do nicely.
