I ate a bannana 40 min be4 my workout
granola bar 20 min be4 it
I'm doing circuit training which really tires me out
Stomach feels like I wanna throw up? WTF
I'm drinking alotta water could tat b it?

possibly low blood sugar. Happens to me sometimes when i've been working in the sun all day and havn't had anything but water for a while. Try taking in something wtih sugar and give it 5 min. see wat happens
