I love them, they worked out my lower back soo much better than my previous routine. I can see how It helps alot and trains more than just one muscle.


One hting I never understood though is why the different grips with the hands..

I think he's talking about the hand grips such as underhand hook, overhand hook, and then the switch grip where one hand is over and other is under.

Thank you both, I was speaking of the grip issue. I personally do not like the sumo stance, I saw some guy doing it and tried it out: not cool.
