I was looking for a 5 day routine that works similar to that because Id prefer to have a full week of work on the muscles to maximize my cycle gains. Im taking a weight gainer and 200g protein per day and I am looking for mass gains especially with my arms, chest and shoulders. Any suggestions, even other than a 5 day routine?
