Im about to start a Mdrol cycle this week. I typically run a 4 day workout as
3. Back/ Shoulders
I was looking for a 5 day routine that works similar to that because Id prefer to have a full week of work on the muscles to maximize my cycle gains. Im taking a weight gainer and 200g protein per day and I am looking for mass gains especially with my arms, chest and shoulders. Any suggestions, even other than a 5 day routine?

I don't lift like ^^that^^ anymore...
Just lifting because I love it and trying to lead by example with my 3 elite athlete kids; Mandy on the Varsity Dance Team, Zack on the elite lacrosse for the MN Chill and starring on our 8th grade football team, and Kitty excels at the grade school level on the track, soccer field and basketball court.
