Apart from the guido comment, do you at least agree with the fact that gym lifts (possibly with fake plates) do not and will never compare to lifts done in a world championship in the strictest powerlifting federation on earth?

I normally don't do this but in this case I'll make an exception...

When I was 17 I demolished your lifts and I was 13 lbs lighter and 5 inches taller so STFU

Yup. I have no idea if powerlifting competitions have a different feel from olympic competitions though, the adrenaline generally helps me lift more than I can do in training but then again its two different sports.

I'll admit it was an immature statement. What were your lifts when you were 17?

Seems there's one or two people here with 'tall man syndrome'. Why do you tall guys try to bodybuild? You'll never fill out. You honestly think we want to hear your opinions? You're worthless and you know nothing. You think you're the **** and so much better than shorter guys, when actually you're inferior and insecure... let's face it that's why you try to bodybuild in the first place. makes me laugh when little guys like Franco Columbu warm up with the weights you're squirming to lift while you're nearly snapping your joints.

Yes, Franco Columbu WAS the strongest man who ever lived! Especially pound for pound! Even if not, then he'll still kick your ass in the boxing ring.

Comparing records between weight classes is stupid... there's a reason that they are split up in competition and they should be compared separately too.

And to beat a dead horse - Colombu was NOT the strongest man that lived, not by a longshot.
This, the only time lb for lb matters is with a dead tie in total or for best lifter awards really. In reality, if someone lifted 800, 750 is not the strongest even if they were 12 years old and 87 lbs. 800 will always be a bigger number.
