Just thought i would post my Epistane cycle for comments/feedback e.t.c.
I am 26 years old 5 9" 76kg and i have been training since i was 18. I have taken many supplements before such as Anobol 5 / Creatine / Protein but this is my first prohormone cycle. I have decided to carry out the pulse cycle as i didnt want to do anything too hardcore.
I train 4 times a week and only take Epistane on my training days.
***So, i take 1 cap at 7am, 1 cap at 12pm, 1 cap at 4:30pm, (workout at 5:30pm), 1 cap at 7:30pm.
Monday - Training Day - 40mg (taken as above)
Tuesday - Training Day - 40mg
Wednesday - Day Off - No Epistane or other supplements
Thursday - Training Day - 40mg
Friday - Day Off - No Epistane or other supplements
Saturday - Training Day - 40mg
Sunday - Day Off - No Epistane or other supplements
I am doing this cycle for 2 weeks, then i am having 2 weeks off from taking anything then back on this routine for 2 weeks.
As i write this i am on training day 3, i havnt had any side effects yet. I have noticed an increase in desire to train harder and my gym sessions are more intense. No huge muscle gains yet but i am starting to feel leaner and there is some improvement. I did notice that i feel good on these caps, i have a better sense of well being and feel in good spirits.
Let me know what you think of this cycle plan and i will post results.
