    Feel Terrible after a week out?

    Hi, Basically I've just came back from 8 days on holiday vacation. No Gym, No Sleep (4 hours max a night) and more importantly no food (sometimes just a bowl of chips for the day)

    I watched my muscle go, and I honestly feel and look like ive never set foot in a gym, I feel like i've lost a year of gains in a week.

    Im starting back at the gym today, Will these gains come back pretty soon if I get my diet and sleep back into order or are they goingto take months to get back?

    So down right now

    I 2nd that. probably more or less low on glycogen bro. You'll be good....start back slow the first week and EAT...then turn it up 2nd week and keep eating you'll be good to go
