Hi, Basically I've just came back from 8 days on holiday vacation. No Gym, No Sleep (4 hours max a night) and more importantly no food (sometimes just a bowl of chips for the day)
I watched my muscle go, and I honestly feel and look like ive never set foot in a gym, I feel like i've lost a year of gains in a week.
Im starting back at the gym today, Will these gains come back pretty soon if I get my diet and sleep back into order or are they goingto take months to get back?
So down right now
