they think that eating 5 whole eggs for breakfast everyday will **** up my liver and give me high blood pressure and they claim a doctor just told them that its true...
i told them about just egg whites and they said i can't waste the yolk.............................................. ........FML
any ideas on replacements?

I asked my nutritionist if 4-5 eggs a day will really mess up my cholesteral levels and she (a professional) said NO! Don't let your parents tell you any of that stupid ****.

dude wtf just cook those ****ers up when they arent looking...thats ****ed up of your parents tho lol...and yes you saw ronnie coleman with "Eggology" you can just buy those if ur parents feel better about it. ORRRR you could buy a ****load of eggs and an ice chest and keep the eggs inside of the chest under your bed just make sure you change the ice once every 15 hrs or they will spoil trust me man thats what i do.

90 cal - 6g fat, 0g carb, 8g protein
16 cal - 0g fat, 0g carb, 4g protein
6g fat, 4g protein in the yolk (simple math). Eating a few yolks is fine, but really, the egg white is why eggs are such an essential part of most bodybuilder's diets. The whole point of eating eggs is to get the protein, and the yolk just contains extra calories from fat.
Just sayin'
Also, you're 17 and must care about what youre eating. Why the hell are you letting your parents decide on your nutrition? Drive to the store and buy a couple dozen eggs, get up and cook them in the morning. Get a job and pay for it (theyre eggs bro. its like a dollar/dozen). Its the teen misc, but really, take some initiative here.
