Pre work-out supplement for 17 year old?

I know I'm probably going to get the "don't take a pre work-out supp at 17" routine, but IMO, I am responsible enough that I won't take too much or try to push the boundaries.

I'm a 17 year old lifter on a cut, and have been lifting for a couple months. Every time I lift though, I am yawning throughout my workout, and I feel downright tired.

I sleep well, eat good, etc, and am still feeling drained before a lift.

Is there any pre workout supp that will combat this.

Has to have no creatine in it as well.

Maybe you haven't slept enough.. Most Pre workout supplements are stacked with 100-200mg of caffeine.... After using it for awhile, you'll lose the affect and will need to use more scoops of it, to have the same effect... It's your choice if you want to use it or not...

I sleep 8-9 hours a day. Can't sleep any longer then that lol, my body just won't let me, I wake up within 8-9 hours.

I am eating a good meal 30minutes prior to working out, with 30g of carbs in it.

The last time I took time off was three weeks lol, so that shouldn't be in.

My routine is a 5 day split. Monday/Wed/Fri is Rippetoes, and Tuesday/Thur is various tri,bi, delt, core, etc exercises.

Try something natural then, such as ginseng, or some green tea. I wouldn't load up on caffeine, or other harsh stimulants. If you choose to drink something with a higher concentration of caffeine, don't overdue it. Also remember that your body will get used to it, and you should cycle off. This goes with anything, even taking things like creatine.

Classic case of overtraining, take a week or two off and eat more then come back see if you still feel the same. If your on a cut its very likely that you've overtrained yourself with those symptoms.
