Hi im posting on behalf of my mom, who wants to lose 30lbs and work on her abs and lower body. (she's not overweight)
what would be a good routine for her including cardio and leg workouts?
any help would be appreciated! i dont know where to begin on female bodybuilding. will rep all good answers in time. thanks.
