Here are pictures and video from the NPC Northeast Grand Prix in Toms River NJ Saturday. The light heavy, Dana Scott, in the center photo got first place in that class. In the yellow/green trunks Jeff Beckham won first place in the heavyweight class. In the red trunks and in 4th place is Amosu Olawale. Dana Scott trains at Apollon Gym in Edison NJ and is a personal trainer and Jeff Beckham is a personal trainer in New York City at Ballys in Kew Gardens Queens and works out at several gyms in New York City. Amosu trains at Colloseum Gym in Newark NJ.

Just one point: Jeff Beckham is a complete class act. At the show, I observed him giving valuable pointers to Amosu Olawale, who was his direct competition in his weight class. It was great to see sportsmanship and such class transcend bodybuilding. This was done before they even stepped on stage.
