Progress - opinons
Hello, i've been working out for a while now good few months. i used to off and on but never a strict diet and routine, but since about 4 - 5 months ago i have been hitting the gym hard, with diet and suppliments. I want to aim towards a bigger chest, its coming on ok, just need to keep going.

any comments? i train alone, and have to push myself which is pretty hard, just need something to keep me going
