i ordered mine the morning it was released. Should get it sometime this week. I'm a glutton for punishment so i'm really excited to give it a try. I'll post again when i get it and have done some of the workouts.

Looks alot like the P90X system from Beachbody. I love that program, so this one should be good as well. I tend to like their male trainers more then their female trainers. Try it and let us know how it is.

Heard it all before i nearly fell into the cybergenics trap when i started training. i think the whole thing is marketed, you got a in shape guy telling you your not great and trying to convince you that your not good enough by your own training - its a load of rubbish stick with the basics.

I saw an infomercial on it rather recently. It looks like a very good program to burn fat but my concern would be in losing muscle. I'm not sure I've heard of a "fast" way to melt off the fat while preserving your same lean body mass/muscle size.

If anyone tries it and has results that include bodyfat percentages, LBM changes and muscle measurements that would be pretty neat to get feedback on!
