    Do you eat same amount of calories on rest days?

    say you eat 3000 calories on training days, on rest do i eat 3000 calories as well to put on the pound a week, or do i eat 2500? can the calories include dirty food as well?

    Your caloric intake can fluctuate depending on your daily activity, but keep it 500 cal over maintenance. Maybe through in some cardio on rest days to retain 3000 every day and burn some fat?

    I guess you can eat 'dirty', really as long as your hit your macros, calories...
