Thanks so much for posting.
I think the hardest one for me is number 4. I'm just so impatient.
Each month feels like 6, and then I feel like I'm not going anywhere but then I check the time and realize its only been a month.
I'm trying to conquer my inner want for instant gratification, so I can stick with this for life.

Great post. Interesting read. No wonder you're absent from the WWE forum... You're helping people be healthy in other forums.
You could take out 'friends' and add 'spouse' in #9. My wife and I constantly drag each other down. When one of us is dieting and doing great, the other one tempts with junk food/sweets. It's a vicious circle.

good solid motivation right there"When you're not in the gym, someone else is; and they will beat you."

Good post Manditude! It was my birthday last week and since then I took 4 days off the gym to party and celebrate, today I had the idea in my head 'one more day off' then I came on here, read your post and immediatly left the computer on this page and went to work out. Thanks for helping me re-start my routine =)

What about people at work? I'm a big guy, but i'm always getting picked on about my weight, and by picked on i mean relentless fat jokes. Every day i have to hear something, from someone about my weight. Funny thing is, i'm one of the smaller guys at work even though I'm overweight. I try to pass it off and laugh and act like i dont care but it really bothers me and makes me lose hope most of the time of gettin back in shape.
