neck/trap strain

Hey everyone. ok so i had a pec strain a few weeks ago and i think i am almost over it; however maybe about a week ago the strain started coming more from my trap(same side as pec injury). I have started to slowly lift again, went about 50-55% this week, shooting for 55-65% next week. I went for a massage this past week and that definitely helped to improve overall compared to 3 weeks ago

Any thoughts though on the trap? anything in particular I should be doing aside from stretching/ice? Should I not do trap work for a couple of weeks?

even though it started after the pec strain? still makes sense?


its been a few days already since its been going on....still focus on the R.I.C.E. ?
