Adaptogens are by far the best thing. All of them enhance the immune system, but Astragalus seems to be the most effective of them specifically for that effect.

Did some search and I got this:
"There's also a natural food component with high concentrations of glutathione precursors (including N-acetylcysteine) called milk-serum-protein concentrate - more simply known as whey."

Depends on what whey you get

This study confirms the fact that not all whey products on the market will have a direct effect on GSH. As always, quality matters.

It also depends how much whey you take. I take about 1g of supplemental NAC per day in addition to whey.
Most of the cysteine in whey is just that, cysteine, not NAC.

Jarrow, great quality. I recommend them for just about every supplement. I would research it before you take it, as there are times when it may increase oxidative stress.
Check this thread out, it might give you some good ideas: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=113412881
