lol that vid is awesome. I can do it but not i'm not sure how I learned. I think it's mostly using concentration when exercising.. Make sure you are activating your glutes when doing things like squats and lunges --> Just do them with bodyweight first and put your hand on your butt to make sure you can feel the muscle working/contracting. I can do it. To move them straight up and down requires concentration. Its like mastering Jedi powers.

LOL Yes, I can do it. I think the closest actual exercise I've done to that is to pretending to pull yourself across the floor with a rope with your legs straight in front of you, walking your hamstrings across the floor to actually move (you have to squeeze the individual glute to accomplish this).
