So I wanna start a bulk.
But Im not sure if I should or not.
Im 26 and my bf scale says Im 29% body fat!
Which fluctuates daily from 25% to 35%. (almost obese!!!! lol)
But looking in the mirror, I dont really think Im anywhere near 29%.
But hearing from what everyone says, I should get down to about 10% and then bulk?
But I fear that if I get down to 10% I'll literally be a twig, with no muscle.
I think Ive just got a wierd body.
Everything on me is skin and bones, except my tire around my abs, which is where my bf scale sends the "pulse" through to measure %.
I think if I just gained some upper body muscle I would fill out better.
So is it okay to bulk now, with my bf% so high??
And do Keto bulks work, in that, I wont gain as much fat as if I did a carb bulk??

I know eh!?
Its bizarre! That basicallly means my LBM is 108lbs??
And looking in the mirror, it just doesnt add up.
I mean, if I saw my body on someone else, I would guess 12% at the most.
But my scale says it, my calipers say it, and my tape measure says it.
All range between 27%+30%.
Its actually depressing, because it puts me in the "overweight" category, which just looking at me you would never guess.
But....I know I need to lose weight, cuz Ive got a spare tire around my abs.
But whenever I tell anyone Im trying to lose weight, they laugh, and say I should be trying to put on weight, because Im a twig.
Go figure.

Sorry, Im at work right now and dont have any pics here.
But here are my measurements....with a tape measure
Weight 154lb
Waist - 36.5"
Hips - 36"
Forearm - 10"
Wrist - 7"
These put me into the "obese" category. At around 30.2%
And my scale told me this morning I was 33%
So I dont know what to say.....but all the ways of measuring bf% are telling me this.
Even though everyone usually says Im too skinny.
And I dont look fat.
Is it possible that ALL my "fat" is in that tire....which is throwing my measurements outta whack??

Anyway....Ive decided to screw it...and just start bulking without keto.
Just a straighup 40/40/20 bulk.
But I cant seem to get to my 2800cal a day requirements...
So is it ok if I use alot of milk to get there???
Like GOMAD? But not quite so much. Just enough to meet my cal requirement?
Like 2 litres or so.
I just hear bad things about milk, like it stores straight as fat.
But i also hear good things, that it helps you grow fast, so dont really know what to think.
Right now I can only seem to get around 1800 cal in actual food. So the rest either has to come from protein shakes or milk. Or both.
As I cant really afford to consume more food.
