it really depends how the ravioli is made and if you are still within your daily calories. i personally would probably have a tiny bit, i mean a very very small portion 1 or 2 raviolis just to taste it and eat a salad or something.. but thats because i know its hard to pass up good home cooking.

We make ravioli in this house from scratch so I have a pretty keen understanding of what goes in them. Basically, it is just spaghetti and meatballs turned inside out.
Ravioli wrappers are just pasta that is rolled into sheets instead of long strands, and the filling is usually ground veal with some cheese and spinach. There is nothing particularly bad in there although commercial products may be less healthy. If your diet allows you a plate of pasta and meatballs then you should feel fine about eating ravioli.May 31 WT: 227.6 BF%: 33.2%
