Unhappy burnt out with my food

Hi ladies. I just wanted some advice, I am getting so burnt out on my daily meals that are the same everyday. Since I am still trying to get my diet in order I still don't know what foods i can replace for others foods so i dont get so burnt out. I am really starting to hate chicken and well Im kind of lost now. I don't have much time to cook with school and work. Do you ladies stick to the same meals everyday?

Kind of. but I love every single thing I eat, and I've been eating them contantly for like a year now. Actually, the same foods seem to be getting better and better for me as the days go by. =) so I can't help you out there.
anyways
there are so many alternatives

for carbs-
ww bread, oatmeal, brown rice, ww pasta, beans, veggies, fruits and so much more

protein-
eggs, egg whites, salmon, tuna, tilapia, ground beef, protein shakes in many flavors +

fat-
almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, macademian nuts, olive oil, fish

I'm guessing you were looking for alternatives when you said "I still don't know what foods i can replace for others foods so i dont get so burnt out."

A lot of times, I find myself getting into the habit of things and just eating what is convenient instead of what I really would enjoy. Variety is the spice of life! I force myself to make variations in my diet every few weeks just to remind myself of that. And as stated above, there are many different substitutions that can fill up the same exact macros for each food item.

I eat the exact same thing almost every day. Every few weeks I'll make a minor change, like change a snack or have a different dinner.
Sometimes I switch it up because of time restraints (oatmeal instead of an omelet in the mornings if I'm running late). Or sometimes I'll just want something different for a day or two.
But for the most part I really really like my meals, they're easy to prepare & I get over 8 different varities of vegetables & 3-4 different fruits so I'm not missing out on much.

Are you eating foods seasoned to your loving? Do you like your veggie selection? Do you allow yourself a smidgen of your favorite "unclean" condiments? Basically, are your food choices based on what you, personally, like & not just foods from a standard diet?

The only other thing I can think to share is maybe start yourself your own cookbook. Include only recipes you've made before, that you know are NOT time consuming, fit into your macros for that mealtime, & that you absolutely love.
This is what I'm doing. It's a slow process to find meals that fit all those requirements (my time consuming, non macro fitting recipe book is overflowing ) that way when you're bored with lunch, just flip to your lunch section & make something else.
Well I hope that helps.

Check out some of the great recipes posted here. I know it really helps keep me from getting bored.

If it wasn't for some of those great protein muffins I'd get pretty tired of having just a bowl of oats and eggs on the side. Good luck.
