That paint looks great man! Could you post a picture of the paint you are using? Also would you recomment it for pro-style dumbbell plates? Or would you go a little lighter? My plates are a mix of black and silver and I'm thinking of taking them all apart and painting them the same color. It would be like 100 plates to paint and I'm not looking forward to it but its on my to-do list

I know you have some hex dumbbells that need painting so I'm wondering what paint you are going to use for them?

105lbs x 2
90lbs x 2
85lbs x 2

65lbs x 2

So, tons of high weight dumbbells, all for $125

Not your typical Civic payload.

Felt I should balance it out a little bit, weightwise.

Sitting up in the wheel wells on the way home.

i put 2000lb of weight into my corolla and it looked much like what your car looked like. it was grounding out on every little bump.

i cant find anything here in CT ( dumbbell wise for less than 50 cents a lb, id love 90, 95, 105, one day,

nice looking leg press there man! i'm gonna get to work on mine tomorrow, i don't have any good pics of it put together, but i'll snap a couple of the parts before i get going on it. i'm gonna re-do the pads, too, hopefully they turn out ok.

Maybe its top-secret!

Regardless its a really nice looking job as I dont see any drips or runs which can occur with long sections like that.

One trick if you do get a drip/run is to dab it with masking tape while its still wet...

I'm excited because I went and looked at the flooring I'm going to get in the coming weeks. Its 3/4 inch rubber flooring in 4'x6' sheets. The color is black with slight white/grey speckling. I need 20 sheets and I'll be good to go! I would've bought it today, but gotta paint the ceiling first.

It kind of looks like american accent paint by rustoleum, they use off-white labels. I could be wrong though.

Guys,

The frame paint is various colors of Rustoleum Metallic Finish paint.

The primer was Rustoleum Automobile Primer in light grey, as the pics show.

The carriage and foot plates are done in Rustoleum Flat Textured Surface Black.
