It says I need 1894 calories a day. Since I'm cutting that means I should only intake 1394. That seems a little low...
I'm 5'10 187lbs.
Should I go by this calc?

Yeah, seems extremely low. Try inputting your values into this calculator:

No, that is likely the correct number for your BMR. However, don't confuse BMR with TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). The BMR is the number of calories a patient in a comatose state needs to maintain life, presumably you are not comatose. You need to multiply the BMR by the "activity factor" which ranges from 1.2 for fairly sedentary individuals up to 1.9 for people at the other extreme. You are most likely around 1.35.
1.35 X 2000 = 2,700 TDEE
Cut from there.May 31 WT: 227.6 BF%: 33.2%
June 28 WT: 216.2 BF%: 32.0%
July 26 WT: 207.6 BF%: 30.2%
Aug 30 WT: 199.8 BF%: 28.7%
Goal WT: 155 BF%: 10.0%

That is what you need, if you were to lay in bed all day long with no activity to maintain your weight now. That is not the BMR for activities, such as moving around, walking, working out, etc. Go by this:
BMR = 66 + (13.7 X wt in kg) + (5 X ht in cm) - (6.8 X age in years)
Then determine your maintenance level:
Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
Mod. active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
Extr. Active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or
2 X day training, marathon, football camp, contest, etc.)
That is what you should be eating at. Eat at that for about two weeks and see how your weight loss goes. Then adjust as needed.A year from now, you’ll wish you started today.

I like this one, it has options that automatically show you ranges based on activity.
I put in your stats, it shows 1801 cal/day for weight loss with little or no exercise.
