    Epistane Half Life

    Been reading that Epistane has a half life of 6-8 hours. If I am taking 40 mg in my last week, does this mean I just just hit up the SERM the day after my cycle ends? Or do I have to wait for it to get down to a certain level?

    I expect to hold onto my gains with the right support supps and pct. My goal is strength, so can I expect to go back to my Westside Barbell conjugated method and keep making gains when the cycle is done?

    EDIT: Obviously the gains will be less than when I'm on cycle. I mean back to my normal routine of making gains of setting at least a 5 lb PR on my ME excercise every week.

    There's no guarantee that you'll keep every lb or not lose a little strength in pct but keep cals up and keep training hard and you'll be good to go.

    I don't think you'll be able to make a 5 lb PR every ME work out, probably just the first little bit, but you'll certainly keep strength up and make gains with a proper pct.
