Asian native foods are awesome i think, native asians who live in places like china, japan etc... Are always lean because their foods are great. I've got two native asian friends in real life, one from China and one from Vietnam. They are both lean as hell and both lift. This could be down to genetics and combined with how healthy they eat. Fortunetly i have much more mass and size than them but i to admire their leaness.

i recommend you start focusin on decline chest exercises for about 1-2 months now because it appears your upper chest is dramatically larger than your lower which is unusual

I think chest looks good but triceps appear to be lagging. I recommend hitting them on their own day and not messing around with em. Hit em hard and punish em and they will grow. I'd say continue with your bulk man to fill out the mass in the rest of the areas besides your chest. Keep it up!

i was thinkin about changin up my split and having a dedicated arm day

my triceps are defined, just not as thick as i want them to be. my arms are probably my most stubborn body part.
