is ON Opti-Men as good as Animal Pak?

i was wanting to use universal animal pak for multi's but theres too many tablets to swallow. So was considering going with ON Opti-Men for multi's coz theres only 3 tablets to take a day.
Just wondering if opti-men is anywhere as good as what i heard about animal pak.

I take GNC mega man sport multi, which is nourishing me pretty well.

I heard that Opti-men multi has or had lead in it which is bad.

Go with Animal Pak for maximum nutrients.

I used to absolutely LOVE animalpak. That was years ago before I really looked at such things like the bioavailability of different vitamins and the dosages used. Having said that the multivitamin portion of animal pak is not very good. It's underdosed with poor sources for many of the vitamins and minerals. And that is still true if you're consuming 2 packets daily, let alone one. Pak does have some other goodies but if you are just comparing in terms of a multi I give the nod to opti-men, although there are better ones than that even.

I agree. The extra price of ANIMAL Pak is worth it in my opinion.
