If you had to pick one food (or meal/dish) as THE most unhealthiest, what would it be? I discussed this with some regs on another nutrition forum awhile ago, and some of the answers were pretting interesting.
Being Canadian, I would have to say poutine is a front-runner

Men's Health awhile ago rated the worst foods in america and Chilis took top honors in quite a few categories including there chili cheese fries which topped their list for the worst food in america.
