    Baseball Pitching Veolocity

Does anyone know of any good exercises to increase pitching velocity? If you did specific things, how much did that increase your veolcity? I'm 17 and my top velocity is around 84-85. Im looking for anything that can help me improve this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Core work, jobe exercises, heavy lower body training and flexibility work. There is no real secret just make sure you are kind to your shoulder and those things will help you get to your max potential. Also long toss is good ... spelt velocity :-)

Jobe work and long toss. Throwing long toss the correct way will help arm strength. All around body strength is also key. Get in the weight room and lift hard!

jobe exercises can be googled. There are plenty of them, I had a routine that I did every day. Not only will they strengthen your arm, they will also help prevent injury. Here is a link to a list of some...
