shoulders atm because they're the most lagging body part, im putting forth all my effort to make them bigger so i like to work on them atm!
after that it's a tie between everything else. don't really prefer one over the other just like working out all

Chest there's nothing like the feeling of doing heavy benchpress and having all the weight on the bar just pausing on ur chest before u explode it up and contract the chest muscles and feel them sore the next day. Plus when u work it out u work out on ur triceps 2 and a good chest just shows off a nice upperbody.

I love to work my back, because it develops the best of all my body parts. And it comes rather easy for me. Nothing like having your back feel like a rock solid wall filled with blood after a workout.
