    "Green" Supplements

    I know they should not be a replacement for veggies, but im not a big veggie fan... I got 2 cups of broccoli in my diet but i dont seem to eat them everyday.. What would be a good "green" supplement that would give to my diet the minerals i need? ..

    only thing I know of bro is to buy some v8 or vegetable drinks of that nature to get your daily veggies. Other than that I think you just have to eat veggies

    I know a few people who think taking greens powders and psyllium husk is a replacement for fruits and vegetables.

    Instead of choking down what you don't like, why not just find some you do like?

    If you can cook the veggies with some seasonings (i.e. garlic), you might be more inclined to eat them. Other than that, veggies and other real foods are the best sources for your vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.

    A good multivitamin and some fiber supplement might be useful, but you're still going to want to eat the real veggies.
