probiotics causing me to go so much?? In Pain.. =(

HELP!!!! I started taking probiotics yesterday, and I've been going to the bathroom (number 2 & 3) so much...yesterday 4 times and today 5. I'm in a lot of pain right now from going so many times. I'm going to stick it out for a few days and hope that it goes away as I read that some bodies need adjusting to probiotics which can cause the stomach functioning to go awry. Did this happen to anyone else?? I don't mind that my body seems to be flushing itself out, but it's starting to hurt THERE...is there anything I can put on it to relieve the pain? It feels like when you pour alcohol on a cut..Sorry for the TMI...no where else to turn!

Some supps work differently in people. Our bodies are unique. I can take probiotics, but my mom can't. She tired it and had the same tummy issues you're having. Listen to your body. If you are going to the bathroom that much, that's your bodies way of trying to get rid of something it feels is not needed.

Smart thing to do would be to stop taking them let your body recuperate and get something different that your body won't react to it.Be safe you have only one body.
