How is my
Chest/Bicep/tricep workout
im around 6"1 180lbs and trying to bulk/gain str
Bench 5x5
close grip 3x8
Decline 3x12
3x20 Dips
3x10 skullcrushers Decline
3x10 Dumbell (over the head with 2 hands on 1 dumbell for got name)
3x10 Rope Tricep pushdown things ahha
2x20 alternate hammer curls (10 each hand)
2x20 alternate hammer curls to opposite shoulder
3 sets of 21's with EZ bar
