Very pleased with today's workout, hit two (weak) PRs so no complaints, especially after a long day at work setting up for an event tomorrow. Form on the deads is improving, and I am loving the underhand row, great burn on the shoulders. And the Curl to Pullup combo= mega pumps.

Amazing energy and focus today. I figured I'd be dragging after work, but the Cryoshock kicked in and I was in the zone - can't remember the last time I was so focused during a session. Endurance was great, I could feel the tingles from the Bodyforge and I had no issues with recovery or keeping the pace up the entire time. Great start!

I'm not a fan of treadmills (nor do I have one), so I like to jazz up conditioning sessions with circuits or decks of cards. This got me pretty sweaty, but I'd be disappointed if I wasn't.
PRODUCT NOTES
Worked out early today, as I had the morning off because I'm working a fundraise for Cystic Fibrosis this afternoon and night. Threw off my schedule a little bit, but I took some Cryoshock and Bodyforge and I was ready to go. Great endurance. I really like the taste of the Cryoshock, and the Bodyforge has a little bit of a bite to it, perhaps I'll use more water next time.

I feel like I'm hitting PRs on deads every session, probably because I haven't had this much weight available to lift until now (got new weights a little while ago), so that's a nice ego boost even if the numbers are small. Reeeeeally hot today, sweated a lot, probably would have sweated just sitting around.

I wasn't brave enough to mix the Cryoshock and Bodyforge together...maybe next time. Plus, this way I got to savor the taste of both. Very good energy, great pumps and endurance.

I had a lot of energy today, but things didn't go as well as I hoped. Bench was not as strong as I wanted. Usually I find high volume chest press is a good warm up but maybe I just blew all my strength there today. Lower body was better though, and I managed to work up a nice appetite for my friend's grad party - Carvel Ice Cream Cake was destroyed
PRODUCT NOTES
I'm surprised how much the Cryoshock improves my focus - I knew the energy would be great, but I just feel so dialed in, it's awesome. Started using a little more water with the Bodyforge and that seems to improve the taste, a little less bite.

Pretty good for a Monday, tried not to go too crazy with the deadlifts, I was pleased with the pullups and the curl to row combo. Pre-workout pizza was clutch.
PRODUCT NOTES
Another good showing from the stack, I like especially that the Bodyforge BA tingles aren't extremely noticeable, as I find that distracting - Purple Wraath is killer with that. Solid endurance, good pumps. No complaints.
